Chislehurst Project

The Chislehurst project started off as a side & rear, ground and 1st floor extension, new roof and basic internal refurbishment, completed over a duration of 6 months, with an initial contract value of £250,000 From the outset it was clear that this was to be far from a basic internal refurbishment, working closely with the Client & London Project & Design Management, the project took a completely different direction to the required finish.

Under our full control the scope of works extended to incorporate the installation of water fed underfloor heating throughout both ground and 1st floors, Lutron lighting controls, Bose integrated sound system, bespoke Italian Lida Cucina kitchen, bespoke designer spiral staircase, internal Gym, open vaulted ceilings and extensive front and rear garden landscaping works.

The total project was completed in approximately 18 months and almost tripled the initial budget.
