The contract consists of demolition to the side and rear parts of the existing house, complete internal refurbishment, piled foundations, 2 storey rear and side extension, new roof, installation of approximately 3 tonne of structural steel beams, internal vaulted ceilings, new 3 phase incoming main, underfloor heating installation, Sonos sound system.
