This project was the conversion of an existing 5 bedroom detached property in the beautiful settings of Bickley.

Converting an existing dwelling to accommodate a severely disabled young boy, a live in nanny and allowing for his family to care for him at home.

Internal walls were repositioned, doors widened, specialist lifting equipment installed and the conversion of an existing garage to a wet room consisting of a raise and lower bath were amongst the works carried out at the property.
