Bexley Project

This was the construction of 2600 sq.ft of office space within a very rural area of Bexley.

The construction once finished was to simulate a stable building, with its traditional features.

The construction had a reduced dig of 500mm across the entire perimeter of the new construction, with some strip foundations required to go to a depth of 3m in places due to existing ground conditions. The foundations and ground floor slab took over 100 cubic metres of concrete, which was poured in one day.

The total duration of the construction including all internal works took just over 6 months.

Total contract sum £250,000.
